PARENTS are the PRIMARY spiritual influencers of their chldren. In  Deuteronomy 6:7 we see a great biblical model. “Impress them (the Word)  upon your children, talk about them when you sit at home, and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.” This tells us that the home should be the primary place where a child learns about God.

We want to help you!!

Here are someways:

1.We offer weekly take home papers for you to review what your children learned about at church. .

2.Check out “Family Times”  devotional packs which offer meal time, drive time, morning time, and bedtime opportunities.. All of this is designed to give parents a simple way to help their kids grow in faith and character. They are easy to use, fun, and entertaining. Lots of great discussion will result from these moments together.

Topics available include: Obedience, Wisdom, Trust, Uniqueness, Responsibility, Faith, Discipline, Honesty, Individuality, Service

Come by the Kids Kiosk to check out a packet for home use or call  Pastor Dana in the church office.

We know that you are busy and that it is a struggle to find the time and the method to accomplish this. However, It is so important so please take advantage of these things. Also, watch for special classes for Parents called “Leading Upwards” in the fall.

OUR MISSION is to Love God, Love Each Other, and Love The World.

“Jesus said, ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart…soul…and mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself. All the Law and Prophets hang on these two commandments.’” – Matthew 22:37-40

“Jesus said, ‘Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.’” – Matthew 28:19-20

“A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.” – John 13:34-35

OUR VISION is to lead people into a life that is completely connected; firmly rooted in our love for God and fully expressed through our love for others. This is lived out in relationships as we Gather, Grow, & Go.
