Senior Send Off

We are so thankful for your teenager’s involvement in Crossroads Student Ministries and we count it a blessing to serve your family.  It takes both a committed home and a dedicated youth ministry team to give our students all the support they need to make their faith their own.

On Saturday, April 29th we have a “Senior Send Off” for all of our senior students.  There will be elements of fun as well as opportunities to bless our seniors. We will begin by meeting at the Rutter’s house @ 3pm (Address above. Gate access – scroll down to Rutter and Lisa will let you in).  We would love for your family to join us for hors d’ oeuvres, pictures, and a time to praying over your teenager.  We will take them from there for an evening of fun.

Our heart as the Student Ministries Pastors are to really bless your senior, giving them some letters that will encourage and challenge them as they take this next step.  We would love to see you, grandparents, friends, mentors, etc. come to the Rutter’s house with letters or notes affirming your teenager.  Take time to write how blessed and proud you are and what you hope for your teenager.  We will be writing a letter as well as some of the CRSM leaders.

There will be an evite sent out April 10th that will hold the RSVP. Please respond back by April 19th. We need to have a number of people and students coming to plan for food and the evenings adventures.

We look forward to sharing this day with each of you.  If you have any questions, let us know.

OUR MISSION is to Love God, Love Each Other, and Love The World.

“Jesus said, ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart…soul…and mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself. All the Law and Prophets hang on these two commandments.’” – Matthew 22:37-40

“Jesus said, ‘Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.’” – Matthew 28:19-20

“A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.” – John 13:34-35

OUR VISION is to lead people into a life that is completely connected; firmly rooted in our love for God and fully expressed through our love for others. This is lived out in relationships as we Gather, Grow, & Go.
