Ladies, there are washable and reusable pads on amazon.com that will work, as well. I searched “luna pads” and several types came up. After checking with our contacts in Kenya, we were told they are a great option because they are reusable, a long-term solution with little waste. Also, we currently have a lady who is looking into the possibility of making these type of reusable pads. Exciting possibilities!

Some thoughts…Psalm 27:1, for the seeming hopelessness and fear.
The Lord is (the Kenyan’s) light and salvation, whom shall (they) fear? The Lord is the defense of (their) life. Whom shall (they) dread?
The answer, to all those who look to Jesus, is no one.
Lastly, how will those Nomads hear unless someone preaches to them? Who will go? Who will say, “here am I, send me/us?”.
I pray for someone(s) to also go to those in the desert as if for their most prized posessions (Luke 15).
