Comment from Heidi Shirley-Hawes:

Ladies, there are washable and reusable pads on amazon.com that will work, as well. I searched “luna pads” and several types came up. After checking with our contacts in Kenya, we were told they are a great option because they are reusable, a long-term solution with little waste. Also, we currently have a lady who is looking into the possibility of making these type of reusable pads. Exciting possibilities!

Our mission is to LOVE GOD, LOVE EACH OTHER and LOVE THE WORLD.

To accomplish our Mission we believe we need to be people who are:

GATHERING REGULARLY

“They devoted themselves … to fellowship…” Acts 2:42

“Everyday they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts.” Acts 2:46

GROWING INTENTIONALLY

“They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer. Everyone was filled with awe at the many wonders and signs performed by the apostles.” Acts 2:42-43

GIVING SACRIFICIALLY

“All the believers were together and had everything in common. They sold property and possessions to give to anyone who had need. " Acts 2:44-45

GOING DAILY

“And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved. " Acts 2:47

“Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” Matthew 28:19-20

On this journey we are committed to living by the following CORE VALUES:
